Adidas Wee Wonders
Adidas Wee Wonders Open Golf Championships was founded in 1995 by Alasdair Good, Head PGA Professional at Gullane Golf Club. It rapidly grew to become the only tournament with fully national coverage for children in the age range 5 to 12. It provides an opportunity for entry into competitive golf both for children new to the game and for the most experienced young players. In 2015, there were 16 Regional Qualifiers held over 9 holes in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales leading to the Grand Final in St Andrews, the ‘Home of Golf’ on 29 and 30 August 2015.
This year we are increasing our Regional Qualifiers and introducing Regional Finals to the competition.
This year’s Grand Final will be held once again at St Andrews, the ‘Home of Golf’ on 27 and 28 August 2016. Qualifying dates for 2016 are now available. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive an email with the complete list and commencement date for registration. To find out more about format etc, please read our Rules & Conditions.
