• Entry to the Regional Final is by invitation only.
• Entry to the Grand Final is by invitation only.
• All registration confirmation and payments must be made 7 days before the date of the Regional Final and/or Grand Final
• Competitors who must withdraw from an event should give as much advance notice as possible, entry fees are non-refundable.
• Competitors are responsible for checking their tee times and results on the website and completing their registration to the next round when they receive their invitation, this must be completed within 1 week of the results being verified).
• From Regional Finals – Grand Final – If any of the first 3 places of a regional final has already qualified, we will inform the next best place in the age group that they have a place in the Grand Final.
• Entrants may participate in any number of Regional Qualifiers and any number of Regional Finals.
• Exemptions – 1st-3rd placed players from each age group from 2015 Wee Wonders Grand Final will be invited directly to the 2016 Grand Final.4th-6th placed players from each age group 2015 Wee Wonders Grand Final will be invited directly to your nearest 2016 Regional Final.

  If a player is not able to play in their allocated Regional Final(because they are playing in the USKids World Championships, (proof will be required)), they will lose their exemption to the Regional Finals. The player must then play in at least 3 Regional Qualifiers’ and finish 1st or 2nd in all three events. This will then allow an exemption to enter the 2016 Grand Final.

  To still offer an opportunity for the few players this will affect an alternative route to the Grand Final is open to them if they finish 1stor 2nd in 3 Regional Finals

  Wee Wonders representatives at 2016 USKids World Championships

  Players on the Wee Wonders initial invitation list that qualified for the 2016 USKids World Championships (one player per USKids age group) will be invited to the Wee Wonders 2016 Grand Final. (These places are non transferable ).

• There are seven categories of competitor:

BOYS                                     GIRLS

5-6 years                                  5-8 years

7-8 years                                  9-10 years

9-10 years                                11-12 years

11-12 years

• The eligibility by age shall be determined by the entrant’s age on 1 September 2016. The Committee may request the production of a Birth Certificate of any competitor at any time during the Championships.
• All entries shall be subject to the approval of the Committee, which reserves the right to accept or refuse, or, having accepted, subsequently to reject any entry without giving any reason for its decision.
• The Committee reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or competitor making a false statement on their registration form.
• Starting Tee times will be available 4/5 days before the event. This information should be sought from our websitewww.weewondersgolf.com and on the event portals. Tee times will not be sent to competitors automatically.
• Wee Wonders Limited reserves the right to amend these Rules and Conditions.
